Certain products or services may be exclusively available online on our website. These products or services may be available in limited quantities and may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return Policy.

We have done our best to display as clearly as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our store. We cannot guarantee that the color display on your computer screen will be accurate.

We reserve the right, without being obliged to do so, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, and in any geographical area or jurisdiction. We could exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. All product descriptions and prices can be changed at any time without prior notice, at our own discretion. We reserve the right to stop offering a product at any time. Any offer of service or product presented on this site is void where prohibited by law.

We do not guarantee that the quality of all products, services, information, or other merchandise you have obtained or purchased will meet your expectations, nor that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), not including value added tax (VAT).

The price indicated in the online shop at the time of the order is authentic.

After transmission of the order, the customer automatically receives an acknowledgement of receipt, which confirms that the order has reached the company. The customer can no longer complete or cancel their order.

Dadnsport online can, without justification, refuse all or part of the order. In this case, the customer is informed and any payments already made are refunded. Any other claim is excluded, in particular products not available are not delivered later. Temporarily unavailable products cannot be booked.

Payment

Payments must be made in Swiss francs (CHF). Dadnsport accepts electronic payments only (credit card such as Visa, Mastercard and Amex).

Repayments, assets and liabilities:
If the customer is entitled to refunds or assets, they will be credited by the same payment method used for the purchase.

Dadnsport vouchers cannot under any circumstances be sold or auctioned. Only one voucher can be used per order.

Security :

We are using WiX Stores has checkout process. The WiX Stores checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for our customers to purchase from our WiX site.

TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure. TLS is the industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.

Additionally, WiX Stores only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).

Accurate billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

We may, in our sole discretion, reduce or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. These restrictions could include orders placed by or from the same customer account, credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we modify an order or cancel it, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you at the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our unique judgment, may appear to originate from merchants, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide up-to-date, complete and accurate order and account information for all orders placed on our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiry dates, to push us to complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.

Dadnsport, our managers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers and licensors may under no circumstances be held liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, income, savings, data, at replacement costs or any similar damages, whether contractual, tort (even in case of negligence), strict liability or otherwise, resulting from your use of any service or product from this Service, or any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including but not limited to any error or omission in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of the Service or any content (or product) published, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, even if you have been warned of the possibility of them occurring. The legal forum for natural persons is Lausanne. The exclusive legal forum for legal persons is Lausanne.
